I’m not just a passionate Project and Product Manager or mentor. I love bringing my communication skills and mindfulness practice into teams and projects, encouraging a shift in how we manage our resources.

 

Over my 13 years of experience in IT projects, I’ve learned a lot, especially about myself—how I want to work and live, and how I actively contribute to companies. Yes, I can handle deadlines, project tensions, and risk analysis—all crucial aspects.

However, my true strength lies with people: the team members, the leadership, and how we create and collaborate together. I firmly believe that mutual cooperation, open and transparent communication, and a healthy culture of learning from mistakes are key to project success. By prioritizing these values, I help teams not only achieve their goals but also foster a more fulfilling and balanced work environment.
