Blending Strategy with Soul: Why I’m Embracing energy healing, astrology, and ceremonial cacao in My Work
For years, my work has revolved around helping people gain clarity, balance, and direction—whether through mentoring, coaching, or project management. I’ve always prided myself on my ability to listen deeply, understand people’s needs, and empower them to take aligned action.
But behind the scenes, I’ve been using tools that some might call “unconventional.”
Tools like Reiki, which helps release stress and tension while reconnecting with the body’s energy, Or astrology, which I see not as fortune-telling, but as a framework for self-reflection and uncovering patterns, And even ceremonial cacao, which opens the heart, fosters creativity, and creates space for profound insight.
These tools aren’t what you’d expect in a business context—but they’ve worked wonders for me, my friends and my clients.
The Fear of Being “Too Different”
I’ll be honest: I hesitated for a long time before sharing these tools publicly.
The corporate world, where I spent much of my career, often values what’s measurable, structured, and “logical.” I worried that talking about energy work, astrology, or cacao ceremonies might make people see me differently—or worse, take me less seriously.
But here’s what I’ve realized:
The world is changing. Professionals are burned out, leaders are searching for deeper meaning, and businesses are looking for innovative ways to create balance and connection. There’s a growing openness to approaches that nourish the whole person—not just their productivity.
Why These Tools Matter
These tools are not about “replacing” strategy with spirituality. They’re about enhancing it.
Reiki helps clients release mental and physical blocks, creating space for clearer thinking.
Astrology offers a lens for reflection, helping people uncover strengths, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
Ceremonial cacao fosters connection—to yourself, your creativity, and even the people around you.
When combined with practical coaching and project management, these tools provide a way to work not just with the mind, but with the heart and body too.
A New Chapter in My Work
So, I’m stepping into this fully. I’m offering these tools alongside my mentoring, coaching, and project management services—not as a gimmick, but as a sincere way to help clients achieve clarity, alignment, and growth.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Have you ever tried holistic tools in your personal or professional life? Are you curious to explore this for yourself or your business?
